Strengthening patient advocacy in Japan – Global Colon Cancer Association

“GCCA is proud to be presenting a poster, “Patient Advocacy in Japan: Challenges, Opportunities, and the Path Forward” in partnership with CancerNet Japan at the JSMO Annual Meeting March 6-8, 2025.

While colorectal cancer incidence and mortality rates in Japan are similar to the U.S., the patient experience and advocacy landscape varies greatly. GCCA partnered with CancerNet Japan to host a panel discussion and interviews with a variety of oncology stakeholders and have developed a poster and white paper on the findings.
