“A pleasure to co-chair the plenary session ‘Prostate cancer: risk-adapted early detection and screening’ alongside Gianluca Giannarini at EMUC26 in Brussels.
The session covered PSA, new biomarkers, genetic risk and MRI-based screening, followed by a multidisciplinary case on the diagnosis and management of localised prostate cancer.
I really enjoyed moderating the session with Gianluca and hearing the different views of the speakers, panellists and audience.
We also ended with a little surprise: a big round of applause for my friend Thomas Zilli on his birthday!
