“Just returned from an incredibly inspiring and enriching experience at SIOP Europe 2025!
It was a privilege to join passionate colleagues and global experts in advancing pediatric oncology care, and especially to be part of the Radiation Oncology Working Group sessions, where the spirit of collaboration and innovation truly shone.
As a Radiation Oncologist, I’m proud to contribute to a field that is constantly evolving—pushing boundaries to improve outcomes, reduce toxicity, and personalize treatments for our youngest and most vulnerable patients.
What stood out most to me during these sessions was the shared commitment to harmonizing protocols across Europe, integrating new technologies and data, and ensuring equal access to radiotherapy for all children, regardless of where they are treated.
Leaving Budapest energized by the progress we’ve made and the work ahead of us. I’m grateful to be part of a community where science, empathy, and determination go hand in hand.”
