Dilyara Kaidarova is the Director of KazIOR, President of the Kazakhstan Cancer Society, Professor, PhD, MD, and an active member of the Kazakhstan National Academy of Sciences. She serves on the IGCS Council for Asia and Oceania, is a member of the ASCO International Affairs Committee, contributes to the Lancet Commission on Cancer and Health System, and actively participates in ESMO and UICC. With over 30 years of experience in cancer care services, she has made significant contributions to the field.
Kaidarova joined IGCS over a decade ago and has become increasingly involved in its activities. She played a key role in organizing the IGCS regional conference in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in 2017. Since then, her team has developed robust educational programs in collaboration with IGCS experts, fostering a large network of gynecological oncologists from Kazakhstan, Central Asian countries, and selected Caucasus countries. This network has enhanced knowledge exchange and learning. In recent years, Kazakhstan has significantly increased IGCS’s impact in the Eurasian region.
