“FROM ECO PRESIDENT: A SUMMIT TO REMEMBER
Last week, we were reminded yet again of how the European Cancer Summit is growing by leaps and bounds on so many fronts.
Together at this year’s Summit, we gave fitting tributes to both Stella and Mike. But if we really want to honour them, we must commit to building on their legacies. They have shown us the way.
It’s now up to us to proceed – full speed ahead.

Dr. Dégi László Csaba serves as the President of the European Cancer Organisation and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Organisation of European Cancer Institutes (OECI). He is also an expert for the CCI4EU project and a board member for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at COM’ON CLUJ NEXT. Additionally, Dr. Csaba is a full-time IPOS Secretary and Executive Officer, as well as a board member for the International Psycho-Oncology Society (IPOS). He is also involved with the Journal of Psychosocial Oncology Research and Practice.
