Guilherme Perini: Cyclophosphamide is the new SoC for LGL Leukemia

“Most practice-changing Abstract in EHA2025, in my opinion, might surprise some.
Cyclophosphamide is the new SoC for LGL Leukemia.
Kudos to authors for conducting a randomized trial in this ultra rare disease (n=150).”
