Clinical trials can change everything for people with lung cancer – Lung Cancer Europe
Lung Cancer Europe shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Clinical trials can change everything for people with lung cancer.
But fewer than 2% of global trials focus on lung cancer — and access across Europe is deeply unequal.
Trials often offer treatment years before it’s widely available. For some, it’s the only option left. But right now, many people in Europe can’t access trials, especially in lower-income countries.
Lung Cancer Europe’s Clinical Trials Policy Brief calls for trials that are:
- Designed with people living with lung cancer
- Available no matter where you live
- Open across borders
