City Cancer Challenge and ASCO train over 950 professionals through multidisciplinary cancer care courses
City Cancer Challenge shared a post on LinkedIn:
“What does collaboration in action look like in cancer care? Across multiple cities, the Multidisciplinary Cancer Care Management Courses (MCMC), developed with American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) have trained over 950 healthcare professionals to work together, communicate better, and improve outcomes for patients.
When care is truly multidisciplinary, patients benefit from a more holistic, informed, and compassionate approach. Together, we can build a future where quality cancer care is accessible to all, city by city.”
City Cancer Challenge, in collaboration with ASCO, has trained more than 950 healthcare professionals through the Multidisciplinary Cancer Care Management Courses. These programs aim to enhance communication and coordination among cancer care teams across different cities, promoting a more integrated and patient-centered approach to treatment.
