Cheng Ean Chee: A busy November and December as we race toward the end of 2024
Cheng Ean Chee, Adjunct Associate Professor at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“A busy November and December as we race toward the end of 2024! From November 13-15, I had the privilege of chairing a session at the Frontiers in Cancer Science (FCS) 2024 conference at Biopolis, Singapore. It was truly inspiring to hear from Dr. Katy Rezvani from MD Anderson Cancer Center on her groundbreaking work in NK-cell therapeutics and Dr. Valerie Yang, MB BChir, PhD, from National Cancer Centre Singapore and A*STAR – Agency for Science, Technology and Research on her impactful research in sarcomas among young Asian cancer patients.
FCS, held annually in Singapore, is organized by the Cancer Science Institute of Singapore in collaboration with academic partners including the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore. As a conference partner of the American Association for Cancer Research, FCS brings together distinguished cancer researchers from around the globe, fostering the exchange of ideas and knowledge to advance cancer science and care.
It was an honor to be part of this incredible event showcasing the latest in cancer research!
Can’t wait for FCS 2025!”
Valerie Yang, Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Consultant Medical Oncologist at National Cancer Centre Singapore, reshared the post on LinkedIn, adding:
“Such a pleasure to be introduced by the amazing A/Prof Cheng Ean Chee, Executive Director NCIS, at the recent FCS conference.
