“Working together to make a difference. This month the Cancer Institute NSW has been privileged to support organisations and networks to connect with their communities around World Cancer Day.
From walking for awareness, to sharing stories and experiences, to donating blood to support others – five inspiring events took place in February, each making a unique impact.
Only by collaborating with dedicated organisations across NSW can we truly make a difference and create a better future.
Thank you to everyone who gave their time and energy to connect with people around cancer, including CulturalPulse, Pink Sari Inc, SGL Charitable Organisation Australia, Co.As.It., South Western Sydney Local Health District, and Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD).
Most of all, recognising the people impacted by cancer who share their stories and experiences to help others.”
