Brain Penetration Impeded SERD Efficacy in Breast Cancer Pre-Clinical Models

Stephanie Graff, Director of the Breast Oncology Program at Lifespan Cancer Institute at the Legorreta Cancer Center, shared the post by Sarah Sammons on X:

Quoting Sarah Sammons’s post:

“Looking forward to seeing full data from Dr McDonnell.

In preclinical models evaluating efficacy of several novel SERDs, Brain Penetration Impeded SERD Efficacy in Breast Cancer Pre-Clinical Models and could differentiate success.”
