I discussed our work on Dark Genome-derived Dark Matter (Dark Proteome) and highlighted recent work from William Freed-Pastor published in SCIENCE 5/8/25 and work from Perreault Claude published in NATURE 5/22/25
These studies are fundamentally changing cancer treatment, providing insights into why combination immunotherapy with personalized neoantigen vaccines are SUBOPTIMAL.
