Association of European Cancer Leagues – 17 November marked World Cervical Cancer Elimination Day
Association of European Cancer Leagues shared on LinkedIn:
“17 November marked World Cervical Cancer Elimination Day!
Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women globally. In Europe alone, more than 66.000 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer each year and 30.000 die from the disease.
It’s time to put an end to this silent threat. Members from MEPs Against Cancer, a European Parliament interest group, talk about the urgent need to End Cervical Cancer.
Find out more about MEPs Against Cancer on our website.”
