I am a resident from UConn (University of Connecticut) pursuing a career in academic Hematology/Oncology. Two years ago, I immigrated from Taiwan to Houston after obtaining a green card based on my research contributions. I have lived in many different states, and my academic journey has taken me to places that I might never have discovered or come to love otherwise. Passionate about medical education, I have been involved in projects like textbook writing and developing podcasts/board review webinars. Colorectal cancer and multiple myeloma are two areas that I have more experience in, and I continue to explore other fields.
I wouldn’t be who I am today without the many supportive and inspiring mentors and peers I have met along this journey. Looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to a field I care deeply about.
