“Thrilled to share that our review article, “Immunotherapy in GI Cancers: Lessons from Key Trials and Future Clinical Applications,” is now published in Antibodies (MDPI)!
In this comprehensive review, we dive into how immunotherapy has transformed the treatment landscape for GI cancers, including colorectal, gastric, esophageal, liver, biliary, and pancreatic malignancies. We summarize key trials and discuss their implications for current practice and ongoing challenges.
We also explore emerging strategies and future directions, including novel combinations that may shape the next wave of personalized immuno-oncology in GI malignancies.
