Adekemi Oyewusi: Launching a global initiative for childhood cancer survivors

“Exciting News!!!
Surviving cancer comes with unique challenges, but today, an idea inspired by childhood cancer survivors has become a reality. After months of collaborating with childhood cancer survivors worldwide, we’re excited to launch this initiative and share our plans for 2025.
This is a community for childhood cancer survivors, a place to support and uplift each other.
Special thanks to João de Bragança for facilitating this with us and the Childhood Cancer International board for their support. Starting January 2025, we’ll share our activities for the year while also ensuring regional networks are set up.
Join us, collaborate, and encourage survivors in your communities to be part of this impactful community!”
Adekemi Oyewusi is the TMO Project Coordinator at OneHealth and previously worked as a Project Management Specialist at Beamco Nig. Ltd. As a cancer survivor and advocate, she is committed to giving children with cancer a second chance.
