ACS CAN – The Facts about Medicaid and Cancer
American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN) posted on X:
“It’s a fact: Medicaid saves lives from cancer. But now, it’s at risk.
Congress is considering massive, rushed cuts to Medicaid. It is not possible to make cuts of this magnitude without negatively impacting cancer patients and their families.
We can’t let this happen.

Lisa Lacasse, President of the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, shared this post on X, adding:
“Medicaid is a lifeline for millions, including cancer patients and their families. Cuts aren’t possible without harm. Expanding access means earlier diagnoses, timely treatment and better survival rates. Keep this information going by sharing.”
