The Max Foundation offers three medications for RCC

“World Kidney Cancer Day (WKCD) is observed every year on the 3rd Thursday of June, with this year’s date being June 20th. This initiative was organized by the International Kidney Cancer Coalition (IKCC) which aims to raise awareness about kidney cancer disease on a global scale. The theme for WKCD this year is ‘listening’.
To commemorate this day I am sharing a message from Dr. Guru Sharan Sah, Medical Oncologist at BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital in Nepal, emphasizing the importance of listening to our bodies and taking preventative measures to reduce our risk of kidney cancer on this special day. It is possible to significantly reduce the global burden of kidney cancer by raising awareness, educating others, and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
In Nepal, The Max Foundation’s Max Access Solutions program offers three medications for treating Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC).”
The Max Foundation shared Sudha Samineni’s post, adding:
“Thank you for making access to kidney cancer care accessible in Nepal, Dr. Guru Sharan Sah.”
