“Results from AMEERA-5 published in Journal of Clinical Oncology. Among 1068 pts with ER+/HER2- MBC randomized to 1L amcenestrant/palbo vs AI/palbo, no improvement in PFS was seen, with the HR favoring the AI. Still unclear if 1L SERD for unselected pts will improve outcomes. ”

Dr. Paolo Tarantino, MD researcher, holds positions at both the European Institute of Oncology in Milan, Italy, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA, Specializing in breast cancer.
