The language we use to describe late-stage cancer must change – EGFR Positive UK
EGFR Positive UK posted on X:
“The language we use to describe late-stage cancer must change. Terminal ≠ Incurable. Misusing these misrepresents prognosis and impacts lives. We need clear terminology that supports all cancer parts, including many with EGFR+ lung cancer living good lives for years on TKIs (Tyrosine kinase inhibitors).”
