“I am proud of the leadership demonstrated by the team at SCAN (including Michael Plumb, Renee Delphin-Rodriguez, Oren Rosenthal, and Moon Leung) as Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced today that it will recalculate STAR ratings for all Medicare Advantage plans following our challenge of the 2024 STAR ratings methodology.
SCAN is now 4+ STAR rated for 11 years running—a model of consistency in the industry and tied for the top rating in California. This top rating (and associated rating) will enable us to continue to fund industry-leading benefits and fuel payments to our providers.
