Ron DePinho: Defining the KRAS and ERK transcriptome by Channing Der et al
Ron DePinho, Professor and Past President MD Anderson Cancer Center, shared on X:
“Superb paper by Channing Der, UNC-Chapel Hill defining the KRAS and ERK transcriptome in KRAS-mutant cancers. In integrating data, it is worth noting is that the KRAS transcriptome and KRAS function are very different in PDAC and CRC in our inducible models.”
