“Management of pregnancy with lung cancer:
- Avoid treatment in the first trimester
- Dose according to actual body weight
- Maintain dose intensity
- Do not increase or decrease the dose
- Avoid chemotherapy at 35-37 weeks of gestation
- Ensure a minimum 3-week interval between the last cycle and delivery
- Avoid immunotherapy in the second and third trimesters.”
