”Super excited to share our published research paper on the use of circulating tumour cells in predicting recurrences and survival in head and neck cancer patients.
This multidisciplinary research would not have been possible without the dedication of two ECRs Xi Zhang, Chameera Ekanayake Weeramange and the partnerships with the clinical team Sarj Vasani, Liz Kenny, Omar Breik, Brett Hughes, Zhen Liu, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Rahul Ladwa, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Jean-Paul Thiery and Engineer Majid Ebrahimi Warkiani, University of Technology Sydney statistician Gunter Hartel, QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute.
