Particularly marked benefit with exemestane + OFS (vs tamoxifen or tam/OFS) in premenopausal patients with lobular histology. AI should be favored over tamoxifen in this population.”

Paolo Tarantino, MD researcher, holds positions at both the European Institute of Oncology in Milan, Italy, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA, Specializing in breast cancer.
