Paolo Tarantino: Interesting pan-cancer evaluation of HER2-low expression out on Annals of Oncology.

Paolo Tarantino, a Research Fellow at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, shared the following insights on Twitter:

“Interesting pan-cancer evaluation of HER2-low expression out on Annals of Oncology (n=4701). Half of all tumors expressed HER2, with notable differences across histologies. Among patients with >1 metastatic biopsy, there was wide discordance across lesions.”
