Happy that our lab collaborated on this exciting research from Christoph Scheiermann lab that shows that circadian rhythm based regulation of CD8+T cell infiltration and function dictates the efficacy of cancer immunotherapy!

We saw that the ‘correct’ time-of-day genetic signature (i.e., time stamp) associated with favourable immunotherapy-response in melanoma patients at singlecell omics level!
