Naval Daver discusses unanswered questions in AML:
‘What do you check in the frontline setting and in the relapsed setting?՛ he asked. ՛The big questions emerging are: how do you select, how do you sequence, and what do you do in the frontline setting?’
‘One of the most challenging things to me in practice — and that’s an unanswered question — is how to treat the gray zone patients,’
Rami Komrokji added.
‘I’m going to put in a plug for morphology,’ said Sanam Loghavi . ‘There are certain markers that we can use, essentially the ones that matter…you can get it back the same day with relatively good correlation and confidence.’ ”
