On behalf of the African Leadership Team I am excited to announce the launch of Cancer Care Africa, a cause deeply rooted in AstraZeneca‘s mission. In Kenya, as in much of Africa, the rapid rise in cancer burden starkly contrasts with the available resources. This is why our commitment through Cancer Care Africa goes beyond treatment; it’s about transforming the entire cancer care ecosystem. By introducing innovative treatments and strengthening healthcare infrastructures, we’re addressing the present needs and building a foundation for sustainable change. Capacity and Capability building, localization of Dx, equitable access and resilient healthcare are the pillars for CCA in creating a healthier, more equitable tomorrow.
