“What is the recommended next step if a PSMA PET scan shows a positive bone lesion without a CT correlate in high-risk prostate cancer? According to the data, the majority (55%) recommend correlative conventional imaging, such as MRI, X-rays, or bone scintigraphy as the next step.”
