“I am excited to participate in C3 Summit International in Bahrain in collaboration with American mission Hospital. Toby Cosgrove gave the keynote speech about ‘Crisis in Healthcare’ and categorized the crisis in 3 domains :
1- increase cost of pharmaceutical , wages and health care (it is ~20% of US GDP)
2- shortage of work force in healthcare
3- explosion of knowledge (doubles every 73 days )”
