Sendurai Mani: Leadership is all about putting one’s own interests aside and prioritizing those one leads

Sendurai Mani, Dean’s Chair of Translational Oncology at Brown University and Founder and Advisor at Iylon Precision Oncology, shared on LinkedIn:

“Exciting Journey into Leadership with Leadership Rhode Island

Leadership is all about putting one’s own interests aside and prioritizing those one leads. This year, I’m diving deep into these essential lessons at Leadership Rhode Island’s program.

It’s incredible to be part of the elite Upsilon II class, joining the ranks of over 3,000 alumni who have been shaped by LRI’s 40+ years of expertise. This experience is reshaping my understanding of true service and the impact of great leadership.

I feel privileged and motivated as I continue to learn and grow with such an inspiring group of leaders! I have shared some pictures of current members and amazing LRI alumni.”
