Jean-Charles Soria: Lung cancer in never-smokers – the 5th leading cause of cancer-related mortality in the world
Jean-Charles Soria,
“Lung cancer in never-smokers represent the 5th leading cause of cancer-related mortality in the world. They are highly enriched for targetable oncogenic alterations, have low TMB, low rates of PD-L1 positivity, and lack mutational signatures. They occur almost exclusively as adenocarcinomas and most commonly in women and individuals of Asian ancestry.”
