Melissa Tinsley: A huge milestone and collective achievement across the Patient Reported Measures team
Melissa Tinsley, Associate Director at NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation, shared on LinkedIn:
“Last week we took some time out to celebrate a huge milestone and collective achievement across the Patient Reported Measures team. I am beyond proud of what we have achieved, the PRMs program is officially 10 years old this year. What started out as a small scale pilot centred on what matters most to people and transforming the NSW Health system and the way care is delivered has continually evolved as we co-designed and progressively incorporated feedback from consumers, carers and clinicians into a world leading program.
It truly is a privilege and an honour to work with such talented people who share a common goal and vision across diverse backgrounds and skill sets – the ‘One Team’ approach has meant the tough days were easier and the easy days are a dream, I have always said surround yourself with great people and amazing things will happen – and they have!
Well done to all the amazing individuals and teams past and present who have made celebrating the completion of ‘PRM phase 2’ a reality, the work you have tirelessly committed to for the past 4 years has made a significant difference and for that you should all be proud.
Looking forward to formal celebrations and launch later this month!”
