“When City Cancer Challenge was established as an independent foundation in 2019, we had a very clear idea what we did not want to be as an organisation:

Inflexible processes.
Rigid structures and reporting lines.
Regional delineation.
Governance bodies and top-down decision making.

Motivated individuals with an agile mindset.
Supportive team with diverse expertise.
Sharing and results oriented culture.
Willing to take risks and improvise.

Rapid learnings and fast decision cycles. I am very proud of the organizational culture we are building together with the C/Can team, committed to delivering local impact based on transparency, collaboration, co-creation and entrepreneurship.
