“It has been a great couple of days visiting Kenneth Cardona and his team at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University alongside Winan van Houdt. An incredible brand new facility and an incredible group of young surgical residents. We enjoyed the discussion of clinical cases as well as their research projects, to be presented at this year Society of Surgical Oncology annual meeting. This is the beauty of the sarcoma community: the collaboration and friendship and fun keep growing year by year.”
