“Yes, the new ASCO guideline represents amazing advances for pts w/NSCLC and driver alterations However, two thoughts: 1. Let’s raise the bar for pts w/poor performance status. Surprised ‘TKIs may be offered’ makes it into a guideline based on a single trial of 26 pts
2. Thank you to the team for endorsing early palliative care (even for pts with targeted therapy). An important companion read – work by Laura Petrillo, Jill Feldman
