ASCO and AACR really show their commitment to mentoring new clinical investigators in the science – John Byrd
Congratulations to our ASCO/AACR 2023 Methods in Clinical Cancer Research Workshop scholars who spent 6 days in San Diego learning about clinical cancer research and developing the nuts and bolts of an innovative clinical protocol related to one or more hematologic cancers. Kudo’s to group 10 that I have the opportunity to work with closely during this week. For hematology-oncology fellows and junior faculty, this a phenomenal opportunity to network and learn from leaders in cancer clinical investigation. ASCO and AACR really show their commitment to mentoring new clinical investigators in the science of effectively doing impactful clinical trials to ultimately improve cancer outcome.
