“Cancer Equity Research has been a top priority in our precision oncology initiative for the past 8 years at the Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center. I am so pleased to see that more researchers are turning their attentions to closing cancer care gap through precision oncology strategy. Thank you, National Cancer Institute, for supporting our programs in lung cancer and leukemia. We are looking forward to receiving support for our colon cancer and endometrial cancer health equity projects in 2024. We are committed to making a difference!”
