“We are very lucky…last week Laila Hessissen visited the Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona. Laila is an extraordinary woman and an outstanding pediatric oncologist working in Rabat. For us, working in the Tele-education Programa TELEO, Laila is a source of inspiration. She has been involved in the creation of a Certified Diploma of Pediatric Oncology for clinicians in French-speaking African Countries. These initiatives are fundamental for closing the gap and improving cancer care.”
