Runcie C.W. Chidebe: Abuja, thank you so much for the passion, dedication, and commitment to World Cancer Day
Runcie C.W. Chidebe, Executive Director at Project PINK BLUE, made the following post on LinkedIn:
“Abuja, thank you so much for the passion, dedication, and commitment to World Cancer Day.
I am so thrilled to see the massive turnout of people who showed up to create awareness, advocate for better care, and support people impacted by cancer. While World Cancer Day is hosted by Project PINK BLUE, this program is now truly owned by Abuja people.
I want to specially thank H.E. Zainab Shinkafi-Bagudu, Founder/CEO of Medicaid Cancer Foundation, and First Lady of Kebbi State (2019-2023), Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) Board member, and Dr. Muyi Aina, CEO of National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), who co-led the Walk.
Thank you so much to our amazing partners and sponsors: Hilton Abuja, AIT Live, Option A International, Roche, Breast Health Angels, CHAI Global Health, Medicaid Cancer Foundation, Reduce Sugar Nigeria, Premium Times, Okapi Cancer Care Foundation, and many other partners. We thank you for making this possible.”
