PSOGI Explores Evolving Approaches to MSI-H Colorectal Peritoneal Metastases in Case of the Month
Peritoneal Surface Oncology Group International (PSOGI) posted on X:
“CASE OF THE MONTH 40
Management of symptomatic, MSI-H colorectal peritoneal metastases. With Paul H Sugarbaker and Peter Cashin.
Evidence is evolving in favour of non-surgical treatment of MSI-H tumors. But do we have all the answers yet:
- are there any indications for surgery in MSI-H CPM?
- what drug (s) to be used
- Immunotherapy for symptomatic patients ?
- Response assessment- when, how?
- Management of progression on immunotherapy.
We are the happiest when medical oncologists evesdrop on the dicussion. Thanks Pashtoon Kasi for your inputs.
