Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit UGHE (University of Global Health Equity) and the incredible Butaro Cancer Center, where collaboration meets compassion in the fight against cancer.

Honored to stand alongside Dr. Kristin Schroeder, Dr. Daniel Seifu and the amazing teams working tirelessly to strengthen cancer care in East Africa.

The Duke East Africa Cancer Collaboration (EACC) aims to enhance cancer awareness, prevention, treatment and research efforts across East Africa by fostering cooperation between medical institutions.”
