Jaime Grund: St. Elizabeth Healthcare showed up strong at the UK Precision Medicine Conference

Jaime Grund, Director of Precision Medicine and Breast Centers at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“St. Elizabeth Healthcare showed up strong to represent at the UK Precision Medicine Conference!

Jordan and Josiah offered an exciting preview of their upcoming publication on the intersection of medical genetics and pharmacy, Dr. Dan Flora showcased his innovative strategies in melanoma care, and Dr. Doug Flora inspired us to elevate cancer prevention efforts across the tristate.

Our group photo is a testament to the incredible teamwork required to deliver cutting-edge precision medicine—and we couldn’t ask for a more amazing team!”

Douglas Flora, Executive Medical Director of Oncology Services at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, reshared the post on LinkedIn, adding:

“The St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center for Precision Medicine and Genomic Health was a bold idea in 2016. Today, it’s a thriving division made up of talented, dedicated team members driving advancements not just in Oncology but also in Cardiology, Neurology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and beyond. They’re keeping us all on our toes—and saving lives in the process.

This team represented us well at the 9th Annual Precision Medicine Symposium at the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center. It was a great day, featuring inspiring and hopeful keynotes by Elizabeth O’Donnell, MD, DipABLM and Sanjay Juneja, M.D., as well as important updates on MCED, MRD, pharmacogenomics, molecular tumor boards, and more.

Well done, Jaime Grund, Jody Wallace, MS, MBA, CGC, Josiah Allen, Jordan Brady, MS, CGC, and Daniel Flora MD, PharmD. The future of cancer care looks brighter than ever before–these people (and these new tools) are driving smarter cancer care.”
