“Just in time for ASH 23. Who is lifting with Matt J Brunner and me on Sunday morning? It’s hematologists pumping iron time. Our lifting partner Helen Oram can’t make it to ASH this year, so we should at least do the Helen Cross Fit WOD in her honor.”
