“We had a fantastic, highly educational session last night at the Stanford Emeryville Cancer Center where we discussed need-to/know information when one is diagnosed with cancer!
We were honored by an appearance and words from Courtney Welch, City Councilmember and former Mayor of Emeryville, highlighting her city’s prioritization and commitment to strong health and health promotion.
We had fabulous presentations from Ruby Wesley with Financial Planning, Sarah Knopp with Cancer Diagnosis Navigation, and Ruben Chang with Exercise and Personal Training. I enjoyed moderating and presenting about the benefits of exercise during cancer therapy alongside these experts.
