Resonance officially launched the Access Cancer Treatment for Children initiative

“In a world where childhood cancer is curable, with over 80% of children in high-income countries (HICs) surviving, fewer than 30% of children in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) will be cured. The stark disparity represents one of the largest inequities in public health.
Today marks a special day as we have officially launched the Access Cancer Treatment (ACT) for Children initiative, in close collaboration with Childhood Cancer International, IDA Foundation, International Society for Paediatric Oncology – SIOP, Servier, and World Child Cancer USA. This initiative also operates in close partnership with the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC)-led Access to Oncology Medicines (ATOM) Coalition.
Through ACT for Children, we aim to provide equitable access to quality care, resources, information, and treatment to children with cancer in LMICs. This initiative highlights our commitment to tackling this disparity and underscores the critical importance of our collective efforts to close the gap in childhood cancer survival rates.
At Resonance we dedicate our CRO services to ensuring that all health care practitioners have the research capacity, educational support, and technology tools to treat ALL children worldwide.”
