A Women & Cancer Parliamentary Event.
On 6 March, Romana Jerković MEP and the European Cancer Organisation will bring together policymakers, healthcare professionals, and patient advocates for evidence-based discussions on best practices and policy solutions.
Based on ECO’s recent policy paper ‘Women and Cancer: More than 12 million reasons for action’, this high-level event will focus on five fundamental rights critical to women’s cancer care:
1. The Right to Access HPV Vaccination
2. The Right to Access Screening
3. The Right to Access Fertility Treatment
4. The Right to Recognition of Your Carer Rights
5. The Right to Fair and Equal Treatment in the Oncology Workforce
