Karen Merritt: Australia has agreed to publicly fund DPYD testing nationally
Karen Merritt, Patient Advocate at Advocates for Universal DPD/DPYD Testing, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Australia has agreed to publicly fund DPYD testing nationally.
Oncologists will now be testing in all of Australia.
This leaves the United States as the only major Western country not doing DPYD testing as standard of care.”
