“On February 6th, the International Cancer Foundation (ICF) proudly hosted its first Regional Partners Forum – a milestone in our collective efforts to advance cancer care worldwide.
Held just ahead of the ESMO – European Society for Medical Oncology Summit Africa, this gathering brought together project leaders from ICF-supported initiatives, fostering meaningful discussions on challenges, opportunities to leverage each other’s experiences, and find inspiration in one another’s projects and objectives.
We take pride in the results of our partners and the ambitions they assumed, yet we remain humble in the face of the daily challenges they navigate.
Their work – whether expanding access to diagnostics, strengthening oncology mentorship, or training primary healthcare to recognize symptoms of cancers – inspires us to keep pushing for sustainable impact.
A heartfelt thank you to all who joined us in presence and online. This is just the beginning of a stronger, more connected community striving for equitable cancer care for all.”
